iomorra, well, then, now, indeed, in truth, but, etc.; often with adversative force, or emphasising the preceding word; it never begins a clause, 39, 52, 116, 361, 923, 4860, etc. [Always .im. in the MSS.; sometimes written amorra, O.Ir. immurgu. Its use in poetry shows that it was stressed on the second syllable]
